The owner of this 3,000 sq foot home was looking to sell, and we suggested some cosmetic changes ranging from painting cabinetry and walls to upgrading the master bath with a double slipper tub. We advised them to remove their fiberglass shower enclosure and replace it with custom tile and pebble accent floor. We curated a repurposed vintage dresser and had the owner convert it into the en-suite bathroom double vanity. We replaced key light fixtures throughout the home and fully staged the property. The house was under contract within 30 days.
