Boutique mother-daughter team with a natural born passion for interior decorating and design across the decades. We currently service the Florida Space Coast and Asheville, NC, but will accept inquiries outside our area on a case-by-case basis.
Melanie
As a young mom and entrepreneur in my early 20s, I ran a successful cleaning company. In the following years, I continued to challenge myself by starting my own property management company and real estate brokerage while doing design projects. Now that my children have reached adulthood, I can chase my passion for doing something I feel connected to with my daughter.
With a love of mid-mod design and retro aesthetics, and with nearly 20 years of experience as a realtor, broker, property manager and stager, I have designed and renovated numerous properties for myself and my real estate clients. I am excited to use my experience and expertise to make your dream space a reality.
Ivy
I have always admired my mother's keen eye for retro and mid-century design. I've developed my own heart for 70's bohemian style while retaining the affinity for vintage design that amplifies that passion both my mother and I share.
Desiring a non-traditional career path, I embraced my entrepreneurial spirit and joined the family business. In recent years I have co-created short-term rental designs throughout the Space Coast area alongside my mother, and we have now been able to grow this into our joint business venture.
