This staging project delivered clean photos and a bright, spacious atmosphere worthy of a Florida coastal home.  After consulting with this client, we made some minor renovations to modernize and update the space. We added ship lap to the bar area and chair rail throughout the dining room, painted cabinetry and walls, and replaced carpet with modern flooring. With these cosmetic changes along with styling the space, the client received multiple offers within a week.
