We converted this canal-front three-bed, two-bath home from a residential property to accommodate short-term rentals within two weeks. We incorporated existing furniture while improving the layout of each room and added essential pieces where needed. We chose a color scheme for accent walls and decor to drive consistency throughout the home. With a limited budget, we increased the maximum sleeping capacity from 8 to 12 and created a cohesive space for vacationers.
